These General Terms and Conditions regulate the provision of the service of digital appointment booking, schedule management and its publishing by registered providers (individually a "Provider" and collectively "Providers") by Butterfly Valley Lda. 1.2. The Service allows registered users to manage their schedule and offer services to end-users.
3. Liabilities
3.1. Butterfly Valley will not be responsible for any damages suffered by the Provider or User due to delays, interruptions, or errors of communications beyond its control.
4. User and Provider Responsibilities
4.1. Both Providers and Users are responsible for the legal and responsible use of the Service. 4.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
5. Appointment Booking
5.1. The Service allows Users to book appointments with Providers. Butterfly Valley is a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the Provider.
